For Boys grades 1st-2nd, you will only need 1 parent as a time keeper. Use the kitchen timer in the team bag. Running time, no stoppages. The games are 12-min RUNNING halves with a 5-min halftime, so you just start the timer at the beginning of the game, and let the coaches know how much time is left. Super, super easy.

For Boys grades 3rd-8th, you will keep both a score book and time on our lax clock. Below are two great resources:

Field Setup & Field Takedown-

List of items needed for field setup(5/6 & 7/8): 

9 cones(4 to mark corners of field, 1 at midline on spectator side of field, 2 for marking substitution box, 2 for marking coaches only area)
8-10 endline balls(4-5 across the outside of each endline)
2 goals(Wiser Field uses the large, heavy goals for games; Field #2 uses Rage Cage folding goals)
1 table
2-3 chairs
1 LaxClock(do not leave out during long breaks between games)
1 scoreboard
