Required Player Equipment
Information regarding boys and girls equipment can be found on the USA Lacrosse website. The USA Lacrosse Equipment Guide has the most up-to-date information about required equipment.
Used gear can be a great budget-friendly option, however, you will want to make sure the chest protector and helmet are SEI NOCSAE certified. The chest protector will have a label like this:
Eyewear(goggles) for girls must be SEI certified.
Flex6 players will only require a lacrosse stick and a mouthguard.
Mouthguards are allowed to be any color, including clear or white, for girls and Flex6 players. Boys(3rd-8th Grade) mouthguards are allowed to be any color, other than white or clear.
